Core prayer times and Qibla do not need the internet. Weather and alerts refresh when the network is available. The Learn Prayer teaching video downloads once from the server and plays offline.

100% free — no paid subscription for the prayer clock. Mac and Windows use a real install wizard (not drag-to-Applications only).

Mac

Download PKG Download Setup DMG

Install on the Mac that will show the clock.

Windows

Download Setup EXE

Full wizard: Welcome → License → folder → Progress → Finish.

Install order

  1. Pick your platform. Mac → PKG (or Setup DMG). Windows → Setup EXE. iPhone → App Store or TestFlight when available.
  2. Run the wizard to Finish. Do not stop at the DMG window — open the installer and click through until Summary / Finish.
  3. Launch My Adhan and allow Location once so prayer times and Qibla match your city.
If macOS blocks the app: right-click My Adhan → Open → Open. Windows SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway (unsigned build).

Mac — Setup wizard

Same Installer.app flow as other TickTock apps (LOCAL HDD / Zero It style).

Steps

  1. Download My-Adhan.pkg (or open Setup DMG → double-click Install My Adhan.pkg).
  2. Welcome → License → Install. Enter your Mac password if asked.
  3. Summary → Close. Open My Adhan from Applications.

Windows — Setup wizard

Steps

  1. Run My-Adhan-Windows-Setup.exe.
  2. Welcome → License → choose folder → Install.
  3. Finish (optionally launch). Start Menu → My Adhan.

iPhone

Same prayer clock as Mac and Windows. Get it from the App Store or TestFlight when published. Allow Location once so times and Qibla match your city.

Allow Notifications (and Alarms if prompted) so prayer time can alert you on the lock screen — one adhan per prayer.

Troubleshooting

ProblemCheck
Forecast shows 0°C / 0 km/hUpdate to the latest build; open Settings → Apply to refresh weather.
Clock time wrongSet city in Settings → Location; timezone should match your city (not UTC).
Adhan rings many timesUpdate the app and open it once so old alerts are cleared.
Mac stuck on “Finding location…”Allow Location, or set a fixed city in Settings.
Gatekeeper / SmartScreenMac: right-click → Open. Windows: More info → Run anyway.
