My Local Drive — End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING My Local Drive.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and the publisher of My Local Drive regarding the Mac application “My Local Drive”, the Linux “My Local Drive Server Setup” components, and related materials (collectively, the “Software”).

By installing, copying, or using the Software you agree to this EULA, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy published at:

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for lawful purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not: (a) redistribute the Software as your own product without permission; (b) circumvent license or security mechanisms; (c) use the Software to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; (d) publish agent tokens, passwords, or private network credentials; (e) reverse engineer except to the extent mandatory law prohibits this restriction.

3. YOUR HARDWARE AND DATA
You are solely responsible for disks you format, users you create, backups, and network security. Approving spare-disk formatting can erase data on those disks.

4. APPLE
Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA. Use of Apple software/hardware remains subject to Apple’s terms. Apple trademarks are used only for compatibility description.

5. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (OR $0 IF FREE).

7. TERMINATION
This license terminates on breach. You must uninstall the Software upon termination.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA, the online Terms, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement regarding the Software, unless a separate signed contract says otherwise.
